Özel günler için yakınlarıma resim yapmak geleneğim var, bunları da normalde burada yayınlamıyorum. Ama ikizlerin, "torunlarımın" ikinci doğum günü başka türlü özel. (Bkz. "Bir Yıldır Dede", 25 Şubat 2018).
Canları sıkıldıkça üst kata, bize çıkıp You Tube'dan birşeyler göstermemi isterlerdi, ben de müzik ve dans ağırlıklı clipler gösterir, Lâle de onları kucağına alıp dansederdi.
Derken bunlar Kadıköy'de tramvay görmüşler.
Özellikle ağlamaklı bir günlerinde Lâle "tren açmamı" önerdi. O gün bugündür iptilâ hâlinde tren videoklipleri seyrediyorlar. Gerçi "tren" ve "trambay" arasındaki benzerlik ve farklar

ENGLISH:
I regularly make drawings for friends and relations when the occasion demands it, and don't go around sharing all of them. But the second birthday of the twins, my "grandkids", is something extra special. (See "Grandpa for a Whole Year", 25 Şubat- February 2018).
Every time they got bored, the twins would climb upstairs to our apartment and demand I show them something from You Tube. I would show them clips with music and dance and Lâle would pick them up and dance with them.
One day they saw streetcars trumbling by.
One day, when they were blubbering a lot, Lâle suggested I show them videoclips of trains. That got them; they were hooked and they still are. They can't agree on the differences and similarities of "trains" and "streetcars", but I find nothing to complain in their fascination for locomotives spewing smoke or plowing through packs of snow.
Like grandpa, like grandkids!
